Technical details:
The wave system is an 8.5m wide, artificial wave with the patented CITYWAVE technology. It is one of the most innovative and efficient solutions for wave riding facilities. With the special deep-water technology, CITYWAVE creates perfect conditions for an authentic surfing experience. Due to the water depth of at least 50cm in the entire surf pool, surfboards with standard fins can be surfed. The wave can be individually adjusted, whereby the wave height (variable between 1.20m and 1.60m), wave shape and water speed can be changed as required. This guarantees a perfect wave for every session, regardless of whether you are a beginner or a professional.
Recommended Radiance Surfboard Setup:
For this wave we recommend "Supernova" in combination with PVC fins and a medium-sized center fin. This combination gives a lot of grip in radical turns. Alternatively we recommend The Heater with PVC fins and a small center fin.

The Wellenwerk is located just 10 minutes from Alexanderplatz. In addition to the indoor surf wave, there is also a bar, a restaurant, a surf shop and a surfboard workshop on site.
